Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30/05/2026
Dog3r is operated by ABISA (Artificial Business Intelligence Systems Australia). This policy explains what we collect when you use dog3r.com.au, why we collect it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Lead details you submit on this site — your name, email, optional phone and suburb, plus any message you include.
- Technical data your browser sends — IP address, user agent, referring page — used for security and basic analytics.
- Platform data (only if you sign up for the Dog3r platform) — account, dog profiles, walks, photos and operational records. Covered by the in-app Privacy Policy at sign-up.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and keep you informed about Dog3r's launch.
- To pair you with a walker, boarder, vet or business partner near you, if relevant.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate Dog3r (email delivery, hosting — AWS Sydney region).
- Partner walkers or clinics, only when you've asked us to connect you.
- Authorities, if we are legally required.
Where it's stored
All data is stored in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney). We don't transfer personal information offshore except through well-known sub-processors (e.g. Google, for email delivery) who meet Australian privacy obligations.
How long we keep it
Lead details are kept for up to 24 months from last activity unless you ask us to delete sooner, or until you sign up to the platform (at which point the platform's retention policy applies).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, or request deletion at any time. Email privacy@dog3r.com.au and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses strictly-necessary cookies only — to keep sessions working and for basic security. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the marketing site.
