These terms cover the Dog3r marketing website at www.dog3r.com.au. The Dog3r platform itself (when you sign up) has a separate in-app agreement that will take precedence for platform use.

Dog3r is a trading name of ABISA — Artificial Business Intelligence Systems Australia, based in New South Wales.
Using this site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to probe, disrupt, scrape at high volume, or misuse the lead form. We rate-limit submissions and log abuse.
Information on this site
We do our best to keep feature descriptions, pricing guidance and launch timelines accurate, but Dog3r is actively developing. Nothing on this marketing site is a contractual guarantee — features ship, move and improve. Actual service terms apply when you sign up.
Lead submissions
When you submit the lead form, you confirm the details are yours and you agree we can contact you about Dog3r. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@dog3r.com.au.
Intellectual property
"Dog3r" branding, the site design, and all content on this site are owned by ABISA. You're welcome to share links — please don't copy, rebrand, or create derivative marketing material.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we provide this marketing site "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If a dispute arises, we'll try to resolve it directly first — drop us a line at hello@dog3r.com.au.
